Noanne Rosse comes to Vanguard after two seasons as a graduate assistant at NCAA DII Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. She then guided the program as the interim head coach from November 2023 to February 2024. While working at Delta State, Rosse was responsible for scouting, player development, recruiting, and camps. She helped the Lady Statesmen improve to a 4-3-5 mark in 2024 in the Gulf South Conference, finishing 6th and making the conference tournament.
Before she made the move to coaching, Rosse played for four years at Azusa Pacific, appearing in 18 games. She received her bachelors degree in biology with a minor in environmental studies in 2019. She completed her master's degree at Delta State with a degree in Geospatial Information Technology in 2024. Rosse currently holds a US Soccer National D License.
