Vancouver, Wash. – Vanguard sophomore Cameron Barela (San Marcos, Calif.) chose the right day to run the race of his life.

COSTA MESA, Calif. – Senior Megan Williams (Fort Worth, Texas), sophomore Cameron Barela (San Marcos, Calif.) and sophomore Tyler Dutchover (Calimesa, Calif.) have qualified as individual runners for the 2012 National Cross Country Championships in Vancouver, Wash. on Saturday, November 17th.

ORANGE, Calif. – The No. 25 Vanguard men's cross country team knows how to push. Although full of underclassmen, the team is quietly confident and lets its actions speak louder than words. On Saturday in the Golden State Athletic Conference Championship, the Lions left it all on the course and the result was the program's highest ever finish, 2nd place, in the conference meet.

ORANGE, Calif. - Vanguard men's and women's cross country will compete in the 2012 Golden State Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday, November 3rd with the women's 5k beginning at 9:00am and the men's 8k starting at 10:00am. The race will be held at Irvine Regional Park in the city of Orange.
